Intelletec Energy are seeking experienced utility scale solar project estimators for active projects across the US.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Pre-Construction Service activities across all departments
- Provide technical support and prepare discipline estimates
- Develop pricing strategies and game plans for estimates
- Support Project Managers in inquiries and bid evaluations
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Act as Bid Captain and assign work to bid teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, cost control, or related construction roles for renewable energy projects
- Thorough knowledge of company procedures and estimating techniques
- Ability to estimate various projects and supervise team efforts
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Skilled in using estimating software and generating management reports
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with Utility-Scale Solar, Wind and/or BESS
