Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Testing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will conduct acceptance and maintenance testing on various electrical systems, including switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and protective relays. You will use a range of testing tools and equipment, interpret electrical diagrams, and maintain detailed records of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on electrical equipment following industry standards.
• Operate various testing instruments such as multimeters, Hipot testers, and relay testers.
• Document testing procedures and results, and write detailed technical reports.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical systems.
• Inspect and service equipment like transformers and switchgear.
• Evaluate equipment performance and generate comprehensive reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

‍

• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical testing procedures.
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools and fundamentals.
• Proven experience in extensive testing, troubleshooting, and start-up services.
• Preferred NETA Level II, III, or IV Certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 based on experience.
